At Mellor & Mottram, we are pleased to have recently completed a significant installation project at a new high school extension block. As part of this project, we provided cutting-edge heating systems for education that ensure both comfort and energy efficiency for the school’s staff and students.

One of the primary installations was the two Mitsubishi VRF air conditioning systems. These systems offer both heating and cooling capabilities, ensuring the classrooms, offices, and communal areas are kept at optimal temperatures throughout the year, while keeping energy costs low.

Our team installed heat recovery ventilation (HRV) systems in classrooms and the dining hall, helping to improve indoor air quality while also reducing the building’s heating costs. The HRV systems work by recovering the heat from the outgoing air and transferring it to incoming air, making the entire ventilation process far more energy-efficient.
